The membership renewal form for the 2017/18 membership year can be downloaded here.
Please print it out, complete and return to the Club not later than 31st March 2017. We will process your application and your new membership card will be placed in the mail rack in the Flight Planning Room unless you have sent us an SAE for us to send to you by post. If you are unable to print out the form sent by e mail and are unable to download it from the website, printed blank forms are pinned up on the notice board in the Ops Room.
We still require a photo on your membership card. Either send a new one or cut out the one from your old card and include it with your membership renewal application. The Chairman has decreed that your membership will not be valid without a photograph.
The annual Membership fees for the year 2017/18 will remain at £100 for Service Members and £200 for Civilian Members.
As last year the Station Security and Access Pass renewal paperwork is not being distributed by the Club. It is your responsibility to make sure your Station Pass is kept current and holding a current Station Pass is a pre-‐‑condition for continued Club membership. The Station Pass Office will send you the necessary paperwork to renew your Station Pass; complete and send to Mike Howard for countersignature; Mike will send the countersigned forms back to the Pass Office by internal mail and they will notify you when your new pass is ready for collection.
This letter is being sent by e mail to all current Full members for whom we have e mail addresses, reproduced on the website and posted in the Clubhouse Ops Room. If you have any problems getting the renewal form, please contact me by e mail.
